Shipping

We ship New Zealand-wide.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 Days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

North Island: 2-3 Days
South Island: 3-5 Days
Rural deliveries: please allow an extra 1-2 business day(s)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout at a set price for each product. Some oversized items may require extra Freight costs.

Please note:

  • Some large, heavy, bulky or oversized products may incur an additional freight charge.
  • Some products may require a custom freight quote before dispatch.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
  • In-store pickup may be available from selected locations. Please confirm availability before ordering.

Returns

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, email Your dealer you ordered off or info@bogroup.co.nz with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos if the item is damaged or faulty

Where a return is approved, we will advise the next steps.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 28 days provided the item is:

  • Unused with a recipe of purchase
  • in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and checked, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error / refundable in approved cases.
  • Non-returnable items
  • The following items cannot be returned unless required by New Zealand consumer law:

special-order items
custom-made items
items damaged through misuse

Clearance Items

Products identified and advertised as clearance are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
